Review: Pool will only be open during business hours, and they close often. I feel for the single parents that work that can’t take their kids to the pool their rent pays for. I have lived here for five years and the pool has always been opened until 10 PM and on the weekends…There is also glass laying around.. When it rains it floods the whole complex you have to walk in the mud.I had originally posted pictures to show foundation issues but I am deleting because the larger gaps were patched up.. I just wanted to show how much everything is shifting. The pictures now are current. Thank you for your time.

Review: This is my neighbor across the parking lot old a/c unit in the photo this how old our a/c unit’s are most of half of the apt complex has new a/c units while I still have the old one like this one in mine my a/c has been messing up over 5 times I’m sick of them skipping over me & my neighbor gets to enjoy her new unit while me and my child deal with a beat up unit that messes up every other day I’m sick of it I don’t want it fixed anymore just so it would mess up again I want a new unit like everybody else’s has

Review: The lady I dealt with definitely did not have any kind of training or certification with HUD nor was she up to date with all the new regulations and guidelines from HUD, Fair housing and Americans with disabilities. The "application" I had to fill out was way outdated and the way it was worded was almost confusing even if you're used to filling out loads of paperwork for any kind of assistance. There was no consent for release of any information from any sort of agency for background check, rental history or any other information. They actually had a question asking if you have any bank cards not linked to a bank account... Basically wanting to know if you have any cards like cash app, chime, ok go card, direct express and any other kind of prepaid card. And if you do, you were asked to show a printed copy of current account balance and also let them take a photo copy of your card info! And they asked if anyone was in the military and what branch and the salary and then ... Is anyone a military veteran and same info was wanted.These apartments are low income tax credit (section 42) and must still follow the same guidelines and regulations of HUD and I highly believe the way I was dealt with and treated, that there was no way she knew anything about the way to treat someone who is just trying to get a place to call home being disabled and homeless and making less than $1,000 a month. She never even asked me for anything from social security and kept saying that the apartment was a tax credit apartment and I had to keep reminding her that she was still having to go through HUD and that's who approved the payments for tenants and there was a way that she was supposed to do things and I didn't agree with basics like pre application paperwork that in the end she told me that I was not allowed to take with me. I asked for reasonable accommodations with getting app fee and deposit to them on the first because I didn't have any money and she said no which is not the way it is done. The whole operation is something that has been bothering me since I left. I plan on making calls and sending emails to tha president and HUD and fair housing representatives and letting them know that as it stands, I feel discriminated against and if they don't have any kind of experience or education dealing with lower income individuals just needing a place to call home, then they are definitely not doing any tenants any better and sadly I can tell you, most of them have no idea how bad they have been being treated because of lack of housing education, certifications from HUD, Fair housing and Americans with disabilities. Unfortunately, I have no place of my own at the moment and I will be in there come July first with app fee and deposit and I will be speaking with a property manager/landlord and getting the ball rolling so I'm not homeless anymore.

Review: BEEN GOING ON 4 MONTHS WITH NO A/C ME & MY BABY BE SUFFERING ITS SO HOT FOR HER TO BE LIVING IN A HOME WITH NO COOL AIR IV HAD MY A/C BREAK DOWN 3 TIMES & WONT BE SURPRISED IF ITS A 4TH ITS SUMMER TIME 105 DEGREE WEATHER OUTSIDE & WHERE BOTH GOING THROUGH IT BAD I WISH IT CAN BE FIXED ASAP AT LEAST FOR LITTLE MY BABY GIRL BECAUSE ITS DANGEROUS LIVING IN A VERY HOT APARTMENT
