Review: My senior mother lives there and I won’ want to contact Corporate about the unsafe conditions going on. The door at the front is broken and anyone can enter off the street. There are Homeless ppl sleeping in the hallways, and are able to walk among the halls. Ppl that do not live there are knocking on tenants doors. It’s becoming extremely unsafe, and Something needs to happen immediately. I see cameras, but who is monitoring them? I need a email to corporate and not the front desk because nothing is being done about the reports that have already been made. We have photos of homeless ppl sleeping in the hall with pets, and ppl just walking into the building that doesn’t live there.9/19/2023Update. Still No Response back from Management.. waiting to Hear Back!

Review: I live here it's a beautiful place! The manager is a busy, helpful, professional & personable woman. The maintenance man is also, however he needs a coworker to help with everything that needs to be done. We have a beautiful community room on the 2nd floor available for all tenants to use for meetings, events, parties, personal family gatherings, etc...complete with large wall-mounted TV, couch, chairs, tables, and a kitchen! The tenants here are mostly pleasant...haha...although, just like anywhere else you choose to live, there are those kind that just don't seem to be able to mind their own business and keep their opinions to themselves...Hahaha! I am happy here in my beautiful apartment with a balcony and storage room, and I especially enjoy the washer and dryer which are provided in every apartment!!

Review: We are still in a learning curve. 2.5 rather than a 3. Things are still routinely breaking down...ie. Elevator and fire alarm. Most often it takes upto 3 months to get repairs done in apt. We appreciate our maintenance man and manager though. I expect or hope the rating gets higher as time goes by

Review: Great place for senior living if you like to feel secure the building is that. Still working out dealing with the siren that's by my unit going off when being tested, it's very LOUD. Other than that it's Wonderful 💯👍

Review: Rude front desk lady had an attitude, cut me off while asking her a question about applying. Would NOT recommend living here if that’s the way you will get treated.
