Review: Every place has pros and cons here are some that I’ve experienced:Pros:- Professional, prompt and dedicated office management, which makes everything a lot easier.- Brand new everything.- A quiet, peaceful community.- Assigned covered parking, but with plenty of guest parking. Garages are also available.- The overall tiny home feel, which is amazing and a great backyard with total privacy. Also an excellent kitchen for hosting gatherings.Slight Cons:- No gym, but areas to walk. However, a hot tub in the stylish pool area makes up for this.- Lacking in the shower/tub for some units. (Though, I am sure they will upgrade over time.)- One bedrooms, they are attached with one shared wall on one side, but you don’t hear your neighbor!Overall, a great concept and place to live!

Review: Good place, i just don't agree with the new "amenities fee" when there really isn't no amenities other than the pool/hot tub. I'd understand if there was a gym/walking trail/real amenities but other than that i have no real complaints. maintenance has always been quick when putting in a work order. i wish they would fix the irrigation system for the flower beds, they don't work at all so don't expect your plants to survive July. and a yearly power wash of the property wouldn't hurt also with the amount rent cost here.

Review: This place is great! Despite not having a gym or clubhouse I would still choose this place again. The office and maintenance staff are friendly and helpful. I always felt safe in my home and walking around the neighborhood. Grocery stores, restaurants, car washes, target, pretty much everything you need is nearby.

Review: We have lived here for over a year. Just signed another years lease! I love the layout of the homes. I feel safe here. Never had any issues with neighbors. I do know the management will address whatever is needed. I like the fact they handle things when someone parks in assigned parking and doesn't tolerate anything. I have no complaints!

Review: This is a beautiful property, they take pride in the curb appeal, lots of greenery and flowers which I love. It is nice and quiet, the absolute best apartment complex I have lived in by far! The Manager Dillon goes above and beyond for you and the maintenance team is outstanding. Twill is in a good location close to shopping and restaurants. I definitely recommend if you are looking for a new place to live!!!P.K.
