Review: My wife & I + our cat, have lived at Twill since they very first opened last year and we absolutely LOVE it. Yolie, who runs the office, is the absolute most amazing, kind, and helpful person you will ever meet!! Patrick is the best maintenance man, he always gets things done quickly and efficiently! The pool is aaamazing, that’s where I am nearly every day during the summer! We also love all of the community events that Twill hosts for us residents, they’re so fun!! Our cat loves to explore outside & watch the birds out the windows! We love our beautiful community!!

Review: I scheduled a tour online for 12:00 and arrived early. When I arrived around 11:20, I tried the door to the leasing office. Locked. I figured since I was early. I waited outside the building until 12:00. No one showed up. I tried calling twice, no answer. Finally at about 12:20, I decided to leave. As I was driving away, the manager walked into the building. She watched me drive away. I thought I guess she’s late so I turned around. When I entered the building, she told me they were closed today and it shouldn’t have let me schedule online. Then she said she was actually giving a tour to someone else, but I could wait around until afterwards and she might be able to give us a tour. After driving an hour, waiting an hour, and being treated so inconsiderately, I am no longer interested in leasing here. Seems like a bad sign right from the start. I’ve learned from experience that management has a LOT to do with a leasing experience, so it’s a no from me after this.Edit: management has since reached out to apologize for the glitch in their scheduling calendar, understandable. Things happen. It’s truly not so much that as how the situation was handled. You can fix the tech, but you can’t fix an inconsiderate employee.

Review: Our move in process was great. Yoli and Alyssa were very good about communicating and helping with all the things! Maintenance was able to fix the things I put on my move in form the same day I turned it in. We’re so excited for our time here!
