Review: My mother has lived here for years and there is so much I've loved about the place for her, but they recently modified the pay per load washers so that she cannot used warm water and she cannot do a heavy load. It's insulting that at a time in her life when her clothes need washing more often there is no way to truly get them clean. Most of the residents there don't drive and can't get to another laundry mat. It seems such an insult to their dignity. I'm disappointed beyond beyond.

Review: My Mother lives there and it is a great place. I know that if I cannot get her on the phone or it appears her phone hasn't been charged I can call the main number and they will check on her. It gives me peace of mind that she's safe and not in some apartment complex where there are drugs etc.

Review: I have lived at Treetop for almost 9 years and do not want to live anywhere else. The management ladies are wonderful and very very helpful. Maintence guys are the best. Call and report a problem and they get right on it. The doors are locked at 9 pm and you have to have a code to get in. There are moniters on call and do a great job keeping us safe. It is for seniors and disable. Based on income. Clean and safe place to live..

Review: Tree tops is a nice place to live. Quiet for the most part. Always kept clean. Manager and assistant manager,as well as, the maintenance men are very nice and willing to help with anything the are allowed to do according to the lease agreement.

Review: These are older people here and they should have night security not resident monitors. Very unsafe for elderly and handicap at night as well as visiting. The manager is wonderful and trys to help as much as she can.these people roam the halls at night and should feel safe in doing so.but owner should care enough to get a security guard to stay there at night.but he doesn't.
