Review: My children and I love living here. From the moment of viewing the apartment, to signing the lease, moving in and now being settled. It 100% feels like home finally. Dakota is absolutely so amazing, kind and understanding. It’s safe, and clean. There is cameras in the lobby, and You have to have a key fob to enter the building. So I really appreciate that extra sense of security for safety. We are very happy with our home. Also we have one of the best views, which is from the 4th floor. It’s beautiful to wake up too! 10/10 🫶🏻

Review: Found mold in the apartment. Management is saying it's environmental growth and not willing to do a mold test. Won't relocate me just clean and provide a humidifier. Also willing to let me break my lease but that's not solving a mold issue. Having my kids mold tested today. Hope this situation isn't building wide.

Review: Went to visit a friend and there was black mold on the ceiling. Many other apartment room neighbors had it too. Said the managers don't want to fix it and just paint over it but it grows back 🤢
