Our Father/Grandfather has been a Happy Resident here for over 2 years now!Thank you to all of the very nice management starting with the amazing Angela! in finance and admissions helping you down the path needed for the transition the Director Chervyl, Administrator Terrance, Director of nursing Rachel and Morgan, and all the staff and nurses, aids, caregivers and Kitchen and Activity and housekeeping staff!And Medical Staff of doctors and medical services Team!(I could mention so many names that have given my Father and Family great care!)at The Highlands by having genuine caring for! And patience with any trying or lonely moments with the residents❤️ They Truly try their best to make it a Family environment!We are so very thankful for the Highlands having Transport vehicles and drivers for all appointments and needs!We are feeling Thankful this Thanksgiving season 2024 and at ease having our Father/Grandad at the Highlands!As with any Medical and Care services the key to success is to try and be patient and communicate well any needs and give them opportunities to try and accommodate and or correct anything! Review: I needed rehab to strengthen my body and to be more mobile. I call my therapist angels on assignment. I came here to from the hospital need to learn how to walk. Painful, hard, but overall enjoyable! I really didn't know what to expect in begging. I really did appreciate Dave! Brittani! And Tracy! The patience and encouragement. I am better and stronger person physically and mentally because of their encouragement and love. I am looking forward to maintaining strength and walking and just being a better person. I thank You All for everything! I call you My angels on assignment!

Review: I am here because I slipped and fell and needed to get my strength back. I was looking forward to therapy and found it enjoyable. I had the best therapist I could have had. Brittani was very attentive and calm. I'm looking forward to relaxing with my family.

Review: The Highlands was the best decision for both my parents for post op rehabilitation. They both received excellent care and the therapy they needed to be able to return home after major surgery. We are grateful for the excellent service provided by the staff and highly recommend the Highlands.

Review: We are helping our Aunt and The Highlands is the 3rd place she has been and has finally settled in. There is a new Administrator there and he is Wonderful. He is a Huge Blessing to this place and he is making great strides in improving the care of the residents there. He truly does care.
