Review: I'd like to start by saying the property manager of this property exceptional she knows about beyond or call of duty to help somebody for instance we had a terrible snow last night she wanted to call and make sure that I did not get out in it or walk around by myself due to the fact that I have Parkinson's and tend to fall a lot it made me feel exceptionally good to know that somebody else was thinking about me Shannon keep up the good work love you

Review: I love my new apartment home! The grounds are beautiful, the apartment is spacious with very nice amenities, and the staff is like family. Shannon our building manager has been very helpful and prompt from the very first inquiry I made, and she truly cares about the residents. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming, and there are multiple social opportunities to help in meeting your neighbors. I would absolutely recommend Stoney Ridge Estates to anyone over 55 who is looking for that “right” place to live!

Review: I moved in Aug 2022. It’s a brand new senior complex located in BA in the perfect location on a hill. It’s really pretty & kept up nicely. Also our parking lot has lots of lights so if happen to come home late at night you won’t feel scared. Parking is right by doors. It’s great! Another plus is police station & fire dept are just blocks away. Our manager Shannon is great & always available. She actually cares about her tenants & if issues come up she gets it taken care of right away. The apartments are roomy & all come with washer & dryer. Oh yeah we even have ice makers!!! Our community room/tornado shelter is located on first floor. It’s really nice & decorated pretty. Lots of activities go on here, such as we play games, do puzzles, Diamond art, etc. We have different companies that come in & give us important Medicare information, which is very helpful. If you’re over 55 you would love this community. Also having a helpful caring manager is a very important plus anytime you’re renting & we definitely have that here.
