Review: This is the only place I can afford. I hate apartments with no carpet. So cold. The blinds break and fall off so easily. I've only been here 2 wks. Hate to see what happens next. I pray I don't get bugs.

Review: I've been living at Sheridan Terrace Apts for almost 10 yrs. The only reason I've stayed this long is because I can't afford to move or even look for another place. But, It hasn't always been pleasant around here. The first year I lived here I had to have my apt heat treated 5 different times for bed bugs and I can't count the numbers of couches, recliners and other furniture I've had to get rid of in the last 10 yrs. The management is Ok I guess. They really need to hire a 3rd maintenance guy to act as a go between to help Jeff & Paul with the maintenance duties so that people don't have to wait so long for things to get fixed. The carpets in the hallways never get shampooed and the need to be replaced. I've actually seen MAGGOTS in the hallways crawling.

Review: I need someone to look into this complex. My father just finished chemo treatments and gets medicines delivered,has nurses come and sometimes paramedics. None of these people can get to him because the door access is broken, says no dial tone and he has to come down. He is recovering,and sick and I'm sure there are others there with similar needs. What is being done to fix this serious safety concern?
