Review: The staff that come in and take care of the residents always go above and beyond to make sure they are comfortable. They will stay over just to make sure everyone is situated. It’s a beautiful thing to work in a place that feels like home and the residents get treated like family. 🤍 this facility will also go to bat for their employees to make sure they are getting the best wages in the area, 10/10 recommend this facility! Not only for your loved ones, but it’s a great administrative environment.

Review: After recently visiting my grandfather, I noticed the change of tune in that building. It’s so much cleaner so much nicer. The energy is way more higher than it used to be. My grandpa said things finally feel like they’ve changed around here.

Review: What I witnessed today was absolutely horrifying it is not clean or mopped properly the conditions of my aunt's room was scary I've watched the nurse walk right past patients trying to talk to them and ignore them with the attitude completely uncalled for matter of fact I'll probably be calling DHS or somebody tomorrow on these people if you have loved ones I suggest you go check on them

Review: If I could give this place 0 stars I would. They treat their employees terrible. My partner made $20 a hour for overnight shifts but if she calls in sick even with a doctors note the whole pay period will only be $15. It’s disgusting and not okay to treat your employees this way.

Review: My Sister was a resident here for over a year. She was completely bedridden. She was obese in size and suffered many painful ailments. She required very specific care. She was 66 yrs old. Her time drew near and on Sunday, Hospice called. I left before the sun came up Monday and my experience there could not have been better. They loved my Sister. They comforted me. They gave me space and time to be with her. In the early morning hours Tuesday, her time came to a close. The details of thatevent are more beautiful than I could have prayed for. All because of the night staff. I could not have gone thru that without any of them and the honor th er y showed her was beyond words. Thank you, for loving Lori Smith. I’m going to miss her and be ever grateful to you. 💙
