Review: If I could give zero stars I would. DO NOT SEND LOVED ONES HERE IF YOU WANT THEM TO BE CARED FOR!!!!We read the reviews before coming here and knew they didn't have a spotless reputation, but this was also the best choice of our least good options for what was covered by insurance. It seems our experience is no different than the other terrible reviews.Here's our experience:My mother broke her hip and was sent here for short term physical therapy care. Since the day she arrived at the facility the "ball" has continuously been "dropped". This is their term as they apologize for "dropping the ball" often.It seemed like they were not prepared for her stay. For starters they placed her in a dirty room. We had to ask for the room to be cleaned. The bed rails, bathroom handrails, and counters were covered in thick gunk. After EMS brought her to her room it was hours before she received any care. She had just come from the hospital and at this time needed 100% care as she was unable to do anything on her own. Minor, but she went days before they provided pillowcases for the pillows in the room (even after requesting them as the pillows are plastic). They did not provide a walker for her, we had to request this. She went two days without the riser seat for the toilet which is detrimental for someone with a broken hip. This could have caused serious injury for someone her age and in her condition because with a broken hip she is not supposed to bend this low, it could pop the hip back out of place.We have had to ask for the dressings from her hip surgery and elbow injury to be cleaned and changed. It was like they are oblivious to the patient's needs. Every time we have asked for things obvious for her care their response seems to be like... "yeah, good idea, we should do that" but had no intention of doing it otherwise.There have been several times my mother has gone without pain medication and daily medications because "the ball was dropped" while putting in orders. We have had to wait for orders from hospital, orders from pharmacy, and for things to be handled internally. All things that should have been proactively taken care of not causing days of delay, on several occasions. A PATIENT SHOULD NOT RUN OUT OF MEDICATION.Again, she is there with a broken hip. She has had to cancel physical therapy because she was in pain from not being administered her prescriptions or pain medicine, putting her further behind on recovery.Appropriate medicine has been an issue since the day she arrived. We have to continuously reach out to them to see why she isn't getting it. And every time it has been because someone "dropped the ball" while putting in orders.The Med Techs that hand out the medicine are a joke. They come into the room wearing headphones, not engaging with the patient at all, very unprofessional. I have witnessed them hand her the medicine and say, "I'm not sure what this one is"???Any time I have had to go ask for anything the staff is slouched over in chairs in the hallway playing on their cellphones.There is no professionalism in this place. I cannot imagine what my mother's stay would be like if she didn't have family to advocate for her. Because it's been pretty rotten even with us ensuring her care. If you care about your loved one do not send them here. I am dumbfounded how this place is able to stay open.

Review: Fantastic staff and facility. My sister and I could not be more happy with the care our father receives. The facility is always very clean and smelling great. I highly recommend Senior Suites for your loved ones long term care

Review: Cheryl and the team at Senior Suites are excellent! It’s truly a collaborative effort. They go above and beyond to make sure every resident feels at home. I work in healthcare, and this is a home I highly recommend.

Review: Hospital took my mother in law there for rehab at 1:30pm told us it was real nice since the one we chose was full. We went there to visit at 4:30 and as soon as I walked in I knew it wasn't a good place. Very dirty then we walked in her room she was sitting up and said can I go home. She has been in the hospital and had a band that said fall risk. She didn't have a walker and said no one would help her go to the restroom, there wasn't any handrails for her to hold on to. Her bed looked like it was on its last leg very old and outdated. We immediately told them we were taking her home and would find another rehab. Her mind is all there so she knew. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THOS PLACE,

Review: The employees are doing all they can do for patients and the nurses keep up with each patients needs and the kitchen people are nice and food is good enough for patients meal times or types of foods as they need , its cleaned everyday and staff are helpful, and the patients are very friendly and administrators are helpful.
