Review: Absolutely no stars if it was appicable. This place gets some of the most admirable dedicated nursing staff and has a way of manipulating them and treating them with a manner of less than. The administration has no problem hiding in the office while the employees that they haven't fired yet are almost drowning with so much responsibility in taking care of the residents. The ratio of Nursing staff to patient care is unbelievable. Nurses that are working there are working their bottoms off while also worrying about getting fired. No one ever knows what is going on. Promises that things will get better, but are just getting worse. Patients have to wait 20-30 minutes to get help when in the bathroom and other situations as well. My mother was there and while she had amazing nurses, she still wasn't able to get efficient care due to nurses being so stretched thin between so many patients to take care of at once. If they cared about their employees and had them the help then need and deserve that place would be top of the line.

Review: Campus is nice but Horrible administration. Human Resources needs to learn how to do her job. Talks to employees disrespectful. No gratitude for there employees that work hard. It’s all about there success. It’s basically there way or the highway.

Review: This is a wonderful facility with the most beautiful grounds. I always love visiting. I have worked with Saint Simeon's on some jobs and it has always been nothing short of a delight. Kelli James in my contact and she is just amazing. We need more Kelli Jameses in this world.

Review: Please do not send your loved ones here. They are very low staff and neglectful. The bosses, HR, and head people are very racist and prejudice. There is a lot of favoritism, they do not care for their employees or residents. You have been warned!

Review: The staff are wonderful people who provide exceptional care to the residents but the administration is mentally abusive to their staff. The CEO and Administrator only talk about how well they treat their staff but have no substance to back it up then turn around and say that employees should be grateful things are not worse. Employees constantly have to worry about getting fired for minor things like having to call in sick or having emergencies happen then written up or are fired for life happening (btw this is like having to miss 1 or 2 days every 2 to 3 months not consistently). This consistently leaves them understaffed so the ones that are there are working as hard as 3 people and getting burnt out. Even when so severely understaffed that they have to juggle people between departments they still do this and NEVER help their employees on the floor. I refuse to send anyone there because of how they treat their staff. And staff that speaks out and voices their concern aren't there for very long after, very sketchy behavior for an administrator and CEO.
