Review: Oxford Glen is hands down the best memory care I've seen. The engagement is above and beyond. The dinning staff are amazing. The care team genuinely care. If you're looking for a loved one who needs memory care, Oxford Glen Owasso is the place to be. Brittni, the sales director is the most kind, caring, compassionate person and will help anyone. When you walk in you can feel the compassion and kindness from anyone you come in contact and the residents seem to enjoy living there.

Review: Finding a place to put your loved one is such a hard decision! My father has been loved and cared for by some of the best directors and caregivers you could ask for. They have gone above and beyond for us through the years. The support they have provided to us during this difficult stage of his life has been a true blessing. They have loved and treated us like family. I can’t say enough good things about many of the long time staff at the facility. Dad has been at Oxford Glen for over 2 years and I would highly recommend Oxford Glen if your loved one needs a quality memory care facility.

Review: What we’ve witnessed since entrusting them with dad’s care is giving us nightmares. Chronically shorthanded, some good staff but not enough to outweigh the bad. The bathroom only gets cleaned when we complain to the director. I’ve been in outhouses that were cleaner and smelled better than my dad’s bathroom. The outdoor patio where he prefers to sit is atrocious bordering on dangerous. The cracked countertop in the common room has apparently been that way for over a year. Furniture is ripped. Recliners don’t work. And you can count on your loved one waiting for up to 2 hours for help because that’s all that is required of them.

Review: I worked in activities at Oxford glen for about a year and half before I left after having my son, and a little background on me is that my grandfather goes around assisted livings and nursing homes singing gospel songs for them so I have been in a lot of different facilities all around Oklahoma and Oxford is very different than any other place I have been. To have activities 7 days a week, multiple large events for the residents throughout the month and an amazing life engagement coordinator is a blessing that I’m sure some don’t even realize!Engaging with the residents and getting to talk to them and get little sneak peaks into their life through conversations with them is one thing that we took great pride in doing with EVERY SINGLE RESIDENT. If you are on the fence about having your loved one move into Oxford please be rest assured because activities is just one of the many things that Oxford does well, from dinning to even the front desk everyone puts their all into your loved one and fully invests in not only them but you as well, it is a very personal experience and one that I know Oxford is so passionate about
