DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVE ONE OR A LOVE ONE THAT YOU HATE TO THIS UNPROFESSIONAL, OUTDATED FACILITY The Facility in Collinsville have a horrible reputation and very poor management and a poor nursing staff and ALL THEY ARE ABOUT IS running game on the insurance companies to keep this OUT OF DATE UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF AND FACILITY OPEN IS A TRAVESTY TO THE CLIENTS THAY HAVE NO VOICE DONT LET THEM DO THIS TO YOUR LOVE ONES
