Review: The pictures are fake that is not how the facility looks at all! The staff are horrible and very unprofessional. The kitchen staff doesn't care what your allergies are they'll it to if that's on the menu for the day. The facility is dirty.

Review: I have been here a year. SLP has been amazing. The benefits are awesome! And our Administrator goes above and beyond for our Residents and the staff at Maplewood! Maplewood is not your typical LTC/SNF community! It is a challenge, that takes a special skill to be a part of! It is both challenging and rewarding! I am grateful to be a part of the community!

Review: The facility is poorly maintained, and the overall atmosphere was lacking in warmth and comfort. The residents live in disgusting, filthy conditions. The smell when you walk into the first area (not even the residents rooms or halls) will make you gag. It gets stronger and stronger as you approach the hallways and rooms. Trash and debris is riddled outside the facility, things like dirty hygiene items, chairs, papers, and other miscellaneous items can be seen everywhere. I truly hope this place gets shut down by the state. I honestly don't know how they haven't been shut down yet. Truly appalling and unacceptable treatment of our society's vulnerable population.

Review: Currently, I have a person, I love dearly there.This place should be shut down immediatley, now !Do not allow someone you care, or love to experience such un- proffesional care.There is no care at this, House of horrors.!If we can ever get our loved one home closer to us we will.The state of Jokelahoma, recently accredited them as being a wonderfull facility.If they knew the truth, they still would not care I bet.Yes this is scathing, and i have so many things that would put this man in dire jeopardy if I detailed the many accounts of abuse . Remember abuse is not just physical, it is moreover in a place l8ke this quiet. In ways that those of us that can, know nothing about those that can't, and do not care.If you love them and this place is your only choice. Dump them off at a homeless camp.Seriously, they are horrible.

Review: You should be ashamed of the conditions you are allowing humans to “live” in. This place is no different than a prison infact prisoners probably have better conditions. I truly hope someone can get this place shut down or turn over all staff & revamp the care standards.these are real people who not only are being abused, neglected by denied dignity & humanity. Do better Maplewood.** please do not choose this facility for your loved ones if you are inquiring. **
