Review: My mom was very anxious about moving. . Now that she is at Legends, she is more relaxed and making new friends. They have many activities for all different lifestyles. The food is also better than the other 2 places she has been and that is a bonus!Truly there is no better place I would recommend for your loved ones.

Review: Remember, no place is perfect. But when one can’t care for a loved one themselves, in their own home, this is an excellent option. We placed my dad here after he broke a femur, then after surgery and rehab, broke the other femur. Residents can choose various sizes of apartments, choose meals in a dining room from a menu, and have plenty of activities to keep them busy should they choose to participate. If a resident needs home health, they come in and see them. I’m grateful Enhabit Home Health staff worked extremely well with Legend staff in caring for my dad. When it is time for Hospice care, they also seamlessly come in and help residents in that stage as well. I recommend this facility!! It was absolutely the best option for our family and we would choose it again. (Dad's apartment had plenty of closet space, nice bathroom with storage, and even a kitchen area with a refrigerator and large pantry space!)

Review: Incompetence, neglect and no idea how to care for Dementia patients. My dad, 70 years old with vascular dementia lived here for 18 months until Courtney the new Director forced him out. In that 18 months this location has gone through 3 different Directors. The first Director said they could manage my dad. Stating he’s not ready for memory care but an elevated assisted living level of care. She quit a week after my dad moved in. Well that level of care structure is a scam. Plenty of times I went to his room to find the staff never changed his bed pan or picked up his dirty Depends diapers off the floor or washed his sheets. Not only did they neglect my dad but I would constantly observe residents shouting for help while the workers would sit and play on their phones. The 2nd Director Cara was awesome. She did so much to help my dad and I think she got a better opportunity. The 3rd and current Director Courtney is a nightmare. She held my dad hostage while he was at St. Francis and was refusing to allow him back to Legend. Lawyers had to get involved and led us to the decision to move him.Tiffany, head of nursing is an airhead. She’s not a licensed RN and she dresses inappropriately like she’s going to a night club.o don’t know how someone as under qualified as her got that top job. She and Dr. Sharma attempted to bully us into letting Legend give my dad Medroxyprogesterone ( female hormone). Dr. Sharma is very hard to get in touch with when you need something. She always wanted to change my dads meds and go against what Dr. Hall ( dads doctor at Laureate) already prescribed . They had to fire one worker because she showed up after her shift drunk, went to my dads room and tried to give him weed gummies. Michelle at the front desk let a woman we have a restraining order against go right on up to my dads room after Michelle was coached multiple times not to. Legend at Tulsa Hills is pure neglect and they count on people dumping families there just to increase the revenue at Legend Tulsa Hills.

Review: The time came to find a new home for our relative. After visiting several places in Tulsa, we are so blessed and happy to have discovered The Legend at Tulsa Hills! The house is sonicely appointed with several conversation areas, cute apartments, a lovely dining room, a theatre and activity center, and a cozy fireplace that adds to the home feel! The staff have been so friendly and helpful with the transition, kind and patient. So much so, our relative at times thinks she is in a lovely hotel ( her words)! We can sleep at night and the worry is all but gone knowing she is safe, well fed, cared for, is socializing again, and her needs are met.Our family highly recommends a visit and tour to see if it is a fit for your loved one!(Photo taken in a private home 😊)
