Review: Clean grounds. Nice wide walkways. Safe Ample parking for Visitors. One of the better sliding scale living areas I have ever visited.

Review: horrible place to live right now--they are "renovating" around us--more like cheating the government, but who cares? Manager doesn't know anything, says "if you don't like it, leave." We have NO outside lights until midnight, when one lonely street light comes on. Everyday, somebody finds their vehicle has been broken into or stolen. Come on, these are older folks in subsidized housing--they can't afford that! "If you don't like it, you can leave." We basically have no laundry--open 8-5, M-F, except holidays. A lot of people have caretakers who use the laundry in the daytime. No working laundromat in sand springs. No notice when someone is going to show up to install whatever, still don't know what we are supposed to do when they kick us all out. Were told we"d have help packing and lifting--haven't seen that either. offered us used boxes to pack belongings in--no thank you--they've had bedbug problems out here, too. I just want to leave here--I take my gun and phone to bed with me every night, in case somebody tries to break in. I'd give them less than one star if I could.

Review: It's a beautiful, peaceful looking place I have a dear friend that is blessed to live there, praying my brother gets a chance to be blessed and gets to live there....it looks safe and a great location...
