Review: I have been with Indian springs 4 years now, and I absolutely love the staff/maintenance/neighbors!!! We keep a great team here, they're quick to fix issues, and very understanding when things come up in life! I am more then blessed to be apart of this community, cause that's what it is, it's not just an apartment. They're family here! Truly thankful!!!!!! Pam, Monica, Tyree, and all the maintenance team, THANK YOU!!!!!!

Review: I haven't lived in an apartment since the 80's but I had a stroke 5 years ago and now live here. These are some of the best managed and maintained apartments I've ever seen! I love this place. Most of the residents feel the same way I do....just an update to my earlier review. It’s been a couple of more years now and... I love this place even more. I’m sitting here drinking coffee and looking out my patio doors at my tomato plants before running errands.I’ve learned something in my years here... apartments are what you make of them. You can be nice and neighborly and make them enjoyable for everyone or complain and make them bad for everyone. I choose the former. I know the staff here do everything in their power to make these a home to the residents.5 years later… lived here over 10 years now. It just keeps getting better! I found a new little 14 year old dog I walk down to the Arkansas river and out onto a sandbar… less than a mile away. I’ve witnessed them install lighting and 4 turf fields at an already amazing baseball and soccer complex that’s only a quarter mile away. I love updating my patio with new plants every season as well. Thank you Indian Springs Apartments for an amazing decade! 🤩

Review: We want to thank the the office and staff for their business over the years.I can tell you from a contractors point of view this team cares about the safety and welfare of tbe tenants and moreover the kids . We have been lucky enough to work with the Indian Springs team for over 7 years now and help out on occasions for some of the Holiday activities, food and prizes they give to the families.
