Review: I was over run with roach's and mice and the management wouldn't correct the problem. The roach's were in my dishwasher and cooking range. When Premier Management bought the property I was told they had a idea on getting rid of the Roach's 🪳 in the appliance's but you would have to replace them as the pest companies I called said you can't spray in a dishwasher or cooking range. .When Premier wanted me to sign a new lease with higher rent I moved as they wouldn't put in writing they would replace them, no one should have to deal with mice running physically over them. I moved out

Review: The property manager is very helpful and friendly. The apartments are very clean and well kept. They have a very attractive appearance. The experience I had with the manager was very good. The area in which it is located is a very nice and very well-kept area in Tulsa.
