Review: First of all my husband was a diabetic and they do not have a menu option for that. Then he complained that he was very cold. Their idea of rehab was leaving the patient in his bed with a sheet of exercises that were on the tv stand. He complained they dropped him while they were trying to get him out of bed. His bed the last two days he was there he had no sheets on his bed. He caught pneumonia in both lungs and RSV. This was a horrible place for him . They gave him a bologna sandwich for Christmas dinner. I would never trust a place like this again.

Review: This facility is truly one of the greatest. They have the most professional and caring staff. They are always very attentive to the needs of each resident that resides in the facility. They always have a clean and welcoming atmosphere here at Forest Hills AL.

Review: Such a wonderful place. The facility gives my loved one independence but is also taken care of. I feel so much safer knowing my loved one is being taken care of and hasn't lost her sense of independence.

Review: I can’t say enough good things about Forest Hills! It’s always a difficult decision when leaving your loved ones in the hands of someone else but from the day my mother has been at the facility the staff has treated her like family, as well as myself.The facilities are always very clean and tidy, I don’t think I’ve ever even see a speck of dust.My mother also loves all the activities that are put on, they do so great about keeping her involved. Anytime I have a question I can always immediately get a hold of someone and they are also so great at getting in touch with me for anything I may need to know.I travel a lot for work and I never feel nervous about her being well cared for when I cannot be around.I am so thankful that we found Forest Hills, it has brought my mother out of her shell and I’ve seen her happier than I have in years and the comfort it provides me in knowing she is taken care of has been life changing for my family.

Review: We could not be more pleased with the level of care that our mother receives at Forest Hills. The accommodations are also more than suitable for the price point of this facility. The tone at Forest Hills is set by the administrator, Amber Chavez, who has created a positive, patient, caring approach that is felt through the entire team. The Forest Hills staff are sensitive to our mother's specific dietary and care giving needs, and does their best to accommodate her.
