Review: Mary is very unpleasant and absolutely rude community manager. I visited the office to place a work order for my mother and her attitude was nasty. Her being a senior citizen herself you would think she show some kindness and understanding. There are no activities for the seniors, there’s a constant turn over with maintenance, which makes my mother feels very uncomfortable. This should be an enjoyable place for our mothers and grandmothers to stay but Mary shows no compassion whatsoever I understand she been there since 1997, change is good and maybe she needs to find something else to do. I would suggest you find your love one some where it’s active, compassion and concern. I’m currently looking to find my mother somewhere else to reside. You been warned. If I could rate it a 0 I would this place had no updates they make promises they don’t keep and it’s truly unacceptable. This is not a place you want your love ones to stay.

Review: I HAVE TO SAY that Ms. Mary is the very best landlord I have ever had. She is very attentive to needs of residents. But you will hardly need anyrhing cause Ms Mary checks on you often. Making SURE everything is working and there are no bugs or rodents!The upkeep on these duplexes are way above anything Ive seen especially for low income. Thank you Ms. MARY! FOR MAKING MY HOME SO BLESSED! Keep on keeping on.

Review: I love my duplex here at Crestview its a nice place to live but i think it would help if we had more office staff so that all tenants can be treated with a great attitude it makes it hard when mamagement is not caring, or has formed clicks with tenants instead of doing whats right for all tenants, other than that its a beautiful place to live i have worked nursing and corrections half of my life and they trained us to be fair firm and consistant thats whats needed here at crestview no CLICKS we all pay rent live and let live is how it should be we all pay rent no one is any better than anyone else, you should not have to worry about the elderly not liking you at any given time seniors start a 55 all of us are not old so life is different for the younger but we are still considered seniors with that being said your stay should not be based on likes, other than that its a beautiful place to live just stay to yourself and you will do just fine.
