Review: NEVER STAFFED! Scheduler never wants to come in and help when understaffed. Expects people to respect them when all the people in higher positions are inconsiderate of those they are working with and who comes in and helps. It’s not legal to even work a full 24 hours yet they will ask knowing you’re not supposed to. It’s uncalled for it’s all I hear about when I come in and visit family.

Review: I was very impressed with Colonial Manor. The facility was always clean, and never had a depressing feel to it. Staff members are friendly and thorough. They are recently under new management, and those in management went above and beyond our expectations. They were patient with all of our questions, and fulfilled our requests in a timely manner. Management has done a great job of improving the previous reputation of the facility, and they continue to do everything possible in order to make this a great community to live in. The skilled nursing team (for physical and occupational therapy) was excellent as well.

Review: My step-father has been in Colonial Manor for some years. Like most places, there are ups and downs (especially the food but I understand) but since my mom passed away in 11/2020 from COVID (she was with him) the care of my step-father has been really good. They give him attention, he gets to go out on trips, and Tyra and the team have been supportive of his him. They have helped make this latter part of his life into a really good time for him.

Review: My mother is a diabetic and she got sick while staying in this place. She couldn't keep food down for 3 days before they finally decided to do something about it. I was able to speak to the EMT Guy as they're taking her to the ER and her blood sugar was 35!!! We are military and weren't able to be there at that time to stop it from happening. Needless to say, after the hospital and EMT personnel saved her life, I called and insisted she be taken to a different rehab. She's much better now thank God! I wouldn't let this place care for my dog! They're very lucky my mom survived!!! If your family member is stuck in this place, CHECK ON THEM REGULARLY!!!! As soon as mom's foot is healed, we're putting her on a plane to come live with me!

Review: Needs to shut down!Horrible facility! To work for and for your loved ones to be left at. I normally I let karma handle things but I feel the need to warn people to stay away from here. The turnover is unbelievable because they treat the employees awful and the employees directly caring for the residents don’t care about their job nor the residents. They hire anybody off the streets and the administration is a joke.Found an expired woman in the dining area with multiple staff members around then seeing this expired woman who was a DNR resident get chest compressions for 30minutes by EMSA because proper paper work couldn’t be located was traumatizing. If you love your family do not leave them in the care of this place. It’s a circus...Continue looking....
