Review: Brookdale Claremore has beyond exceeded my expectations when it comes to caring for my clients! Every employee cares for each resident as if it were their own family member - they make sure the residents feel safe, well taken care of and loved! The communication with all management; administrators and nursing has been wonderful. I always feel informed about things regarding my clients or things going on around the community. Brookdale Claremore is great!

Review: Brookdale Claremore has provided our family member with excellent care from their arrival at assisted living through transition to memory care. The administration is professional and always available and open to communication and personally attentive to residents and staff. The staff are well trained and attentive to all the residents and provide care in such a respectful manner. Nursing communicates with families about medication, general health, emotional and behavior status. Dietary provides well balanced meals and I love the monthly family night meals. Maintenance keeps everything in excellent condition, responds quickly to assist families and is an integral part of the social life and community. What I love most is the compassionate sense of community that runs through every aspect of Brookdale Claremore. You won’t find a better place for your family member.

Review: I have had such wonderful help with recently admitting my Father with Dementia. Everyone has been very caring and has gone out of their way to be helpful. I have been there at multiple different times of the day or evening and all the caregivers are excellent! I have called with questions and always gotten answers etc. They have gotten the Dr. attention right away for my Dad when needed. I am very pleased and my Dad likes it here. He said he loves the food too! I appreciate them all very much.

Review: Brookdale Claremore Memory Care has done a fantastic job taking care of our loved one. The entire staff has made us feel welcome, comfortable and like family. It is a VERY difficult decision to have to make and we had peace from the get go that this was the right place for our family. Everyone is always willing to take time for us with whatever we need. I feel comfortable coming to them with whatever I feel I need to communicate with them. My prayers were answered when we found Brookdale Memory Care.

Review: If you need a place you can TRUST that your loved one will receive the kind of care you yourself would give them if you were able, Brookdale Claremore is the place. Our father has been there a year and a half in assisted living. Having seen the excellent care he has received, when our mother needed memory care, we were blessed there was an opening for her there as well. My sisters and I are extremely happy to have had both parents there. Please make sure you visit this facility when you have a need for a friend or family member.
