Review: My grandmother lived here for 4 years. The staff here treated her so well. The activities direct always decorated well which my grandma appreciated. I’m so thankful for the staff there. The took great care of her and she really loved it. I would highly recommend them to any family looking for an assisted living home for their loved ones.

Review: Brookdale Broken Arrow calls itself a community, and that can’t be more accurate. Not only are they resident focused, but also are “here” for the families. Without them, some of the hardest days of our family’s life would have been unbearable.To be more specific, at the height of COVID, we had to bring our Mom into Brookdale. Not only did they make that transition safe for Mom, but made Dad feel good about it every step of the way. They further worked with him, so though we were all still in lockdown, he could see her in distant and window visits daily. Throughout our four years here with Mom, she has been treated with love, kindness, respect and understanding. As my sister and I both live far away, they also extended love to us when we came, and to my father on a daily basis.When he could no longer live on his own, they welcomed him into the Community and though Mom and Dad had very different needs, they made sure each had their needs met as well as giving them time and space together.As Dad declined, the staff remained in constant contact with us. Ensured that we could speak with our father regularly and sat with us as he left us. They have been there for us in the hardest time.The staff, the aides, from cleaner to director treats everyone with kindness, respect and caring. The facility is clean, fresh, easily asensible and MOST importantly focuses on safety of all. Review: Brookdale is wonderful! The staff is professional, friendly, and compassionate. Our aunt has been there a short time and she felt welcome, comfortable, and safe immediately. We appreciate the dedicated care and support our aunt receives at Brookdale.

Review: My Mom has been living at Brookdale Broken Arrow for over 2 ½ years, first in Assisted Living and now in Memory Care. During the pandemic, her dementia worsened, and we realized she could no longer live at home. Kari, the director of Brookdale Broken Arrow, and her team guided my family through this emotional and difficult transition at a very unsettling time.The Brookdale Broken Arrow team creates a warm and caring community for both the residents and their families. The staff has provided me support as I try to understand, make sense of and cope with the pain experienced as you witness the decline of a loved one. They have been with me every step of the way, and I truly appreciate and am grateful for their professionalism, compassion and kindness.

Review: Our family moved our Mom from another AL community to Brookdale about two years ago. We recently transitioned Mom from AL to the Memory Care community within Brookdale. I am not one to leave reviews, but Brookdale has been outstanding in their team's ongoing care for our Mom -- and this means the world to her family. Even as Mom's disease has progressed, Brookdale staff continue caring for Mom with dignity, compassion and respect. Thank you, Kari Willard, Exec. Dir., and your team for all you do and for communicating so well.
