Review: My mother was her from 2010-2013 and she was happier there vs not being active at home. She played a variety of games daily and made many friends. The caretakers were always there for her. Great staff, they are definitely there to please and help others.

Review: Excellent!! We moved my mother and father to the Broken Arrow Nursing Home about 6 months ago and couldn't be more pleased with the care they are receiving. Night and day difference compared to what we experienced at their prior, corporate owned assisted living facility. We've been so impressed with the nurses, aids and support personnel that we've met. Every time we visit or speak on the phone it's obvious that they really care about my parents. They don't have the turnover like we experienced in the past. My parents have had the same nurses and aids from the start. This is so great because they have really gotten to know my parents. Also, we always get a quick answer to any question or concern. I could easily call the owner if I ever needed to. Again, night and day improvement compared to what we experienced before moving here. The food is amazingly good. I believe that most of it is made from scratch. It's country cooking that my parents grew up on and love. So much better than what they were getting before in the "fancy" assisted living facility they were in.It's obvious that the reason the BANH stands out is because the owner and her daughter have been running this place for many years. They are there, working on site very day. Just visiting with them you quickly see how much they care about their residents. For the first time in ages I no longer worry about my parents. My mother and father are happy here and I know they are being well taken care of.

Review: My husband's grandmother was a resident here 20 years ago. Now my husband's mother is a resident here. I don't know what is driving these awful reviews because it is clean, it doesn't smell, the caregivers are wonderful, the food is excellent, and the residents themselves will give you glowing reports of their caretakers. My mother-in-law had hospice called in almost immediately. Our family has never been treated with anything other than absolute respect and dignity and our loved ones with great care and concern. They have bent over backwards to accommodate our requests. _ P. Sorensen

Review: Great Home if you want a worry free experience. From the leadership to all the Nurses. I have had 5 family members that have or do live here and all had great caring nurses who also want the best for their residents.

Review: CNA beware. They do not let you be on call for short staff if you want to keep your license active and get working hours which I totally understand if they don’t want to do all the work to put you in system but they did not have to be rude. When I called said, I would be lucky to find anybody that would give me that opportunity, and that she had never had this conversation with any CNA in her life. I found another career but I wanna keep my CNA active in case I ever need in the future. Which should be a smart move not something to berrate someone about. The rudeness was very unnecessary and would make me concerned for anybody that is actually employed here full time.
