Review: This is a beautiful facility, but don’t be misled. It was sold to our family as an age in place “community “. But there are a lot of hoops to jump through to go from independent to assisted living , ( if you qualify) they will charge you for every little thing. There is a charge to bring the resident food in assisted living, what is assisted living !?!? If they need help with laundry, there is a charge for that also. The food is very mediocre and almost always cold. The fees are astronomical. You would be further ahead to hire a caregiver and keep them in their home. The staff is clueless regarding the patients medication, and that is terrifying. They cannot keep things straight! It’s their job to know, and they don’t! The washing machines provided by this facility has been inoperable for at least two months. There is one machine that works. Again, this is unacceptable for the amount of money you will spend at this “beautiful facility “. Would not recommend to friend or enemy.

Review: Beautiful facility capable of the dignity that my grandparents deserved. Staff isn’t the most consistent over the years, but overall we have been happy! Memory care environment was a pleasant surprise as the need arised.

Review: Would not recommend. Don't be fooled by the sales pitch and pretty building. My mother lived here for about 14 months before passing away 2 months ago. Moving in and out was/has been a nightmare. We gave them 5 weeks to get her room ready after we signed the contract and paid, and absolutely nothing was done in that time. Getting her in to see the nursing director for intake was ridiculous. We ended up putting her into a different room than we originally signed for - two weeks after she was supposed to move in. And we were charged for rent for the whole time. Now, with my mother passing away, the business office cannot tell right from left and is trying to charge us for food and rent for the entire month after she passed. The ED is horrible with people - had the gall to ask us what our weekend plans were the day my mother passed away. The previous maintenance director was stealing from residents for years before they fired him, and he was only caught because a resident set up a camera and caught him. Nursing directors have come and gone, and no one seems to want to take responsibility for prescriptions. There were many occasions where my mother was without her daily meds because they hadn't been reordered.Positives: The activities director is wonderful and some of the nursing staff really go above and beyond. Other residents were great too.If I had to do it over again, I'd choose somewhere else for my mom - dealing with this mess of a company while grieving the loss of my mom has been exhausting.

Review: Bella Rose offers a piece of mind to the family members that are taking care of loved ones. I know that they are safe at Bella Rose. And I think they are learning to live in a new life.

Review: Hannah Hill at Bella Rose started helping me find an assisted living option after my 86 year old mom broke her leg. Hannah has been an incredible source of information and support especially since my mom is now in long term care and not going to Bella Rose. She has walked me through every step of the way including how to get set up for hospice. She definitely knows the system and can explain it in a way that makes sense. I can’t say enough about her dedication to her work and the blessing it has been for me and my mom. Hannah never even met my mom but took time and care to help me navigate what is best. So grateful for her dedication and support.
