Review: I tried posting a few weeks ago and it didn’t make it on the review site. So, I will try again. The auto message given after a bad review is not reliable, so please Asher Point, don’t bother to send. This place is not to be trusted. They are in it for the money only. They do not care about your loved one. The director is fake. She appears friendly and trustworthy, but is far from reality. There are many residents who have been able to move out and some stuck in this place without having the funds to leave for proper service elsewhere. They do not have a 24/hr a day front desk person. They rely mainly on the more healthy residents to work for them. My mom was there just over a year. She has always been healthy and she ended up in the hospital. The food is not good and rooms/bathrooms are dirty and moldy. See pictures. Their website is deceptive.

Review: Please do not trust this facility. Their nursing staff visited my dad in hospital and told him they could “meet him where he is.” Based on this assessment, I put down a substantial amount of money including a deposit and first month’s rent. When I notified the hospital of my father’s post-discharge plans, the hospital assured me his condition was far too complex to be handled at Asher Point (then Prairie Rose). They also mentioned this facility has a reputation for taking patients that require care beyond what the facility can provide. Within 24 hours of my payment, I texted Megan and notified her that my dad would no longer go to the facility as the hospital had advised against this. She assured me that I would receive my payment back, but it has now been over 5 months and I still have no received any payment or communication. It’s egregious that they took thousands of dollars from my parents at a time he needed those funds for critical care. Please do not trust this facility if they tell you they can handle your loved one’s level of care. Please don’t write a large check to them before consulting with your loved ones physician. Megan came across as very compassionate and caring, but I see now that it was all for money. She just wants to tout residency and occupancy rates - at the expense of elderly people and trusting families.

Review: My father in-law moved to Prairie Rose in November. The facility is extremely clean. The staff is very friendly and engaging. My father in-law likes living at Prairie Rose. The food is good and the residents have been most welcoming. He is making some strong friendships which is important. We are pleased with our choice of Prairie Rose.

Review: I'm very concerned over the staff turnover, poor food quality and lack of front desk supervision. Also, there is mold on a.c. units in apartments. Promise of remodeling...over a year now. One good thing is very close access to the best of Tulsa including Riverside Parks & The Gathering Place on the Arkansas River.
